Pasture's Delights Mission
"Working together we harvest solar energy with grass grown on healthy soil to sustainably produce delightful food that nourishes people and strengthens our community."
Home>Fall Farm Festival 2014

We owe a big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make Pasture’s Delights 2014 Fall Farm Festival a resounding success! A team of employees and volunteers put together a fun-filled day, connecting people through “edu-taining” activities about how we produce REAL food here at Pasture’s Delights.

If you didn't attend, here's a taste of what was accomplished: milking demonstrations in the parlor; wagon tours in the pasture; photo and vehicle displays detailing Pasture’s Delights 5-year history; Honored Prairie and the Weston A. Price Foundation info booths; a kids area with bounce house, straw maze, face painting, and lawn games; hands-on encounters with cows, calves, turkeys, rabbits, chickens, piglets, ducks, and a donkey; horse rides and buggy rides; Sloppy Joes, Corn-on-the-cob, and REAL MILK ice cream; classic rock hits played by the Gregg Bender Band; a milk chugging contest and raffle; evening bonfire complete with hot cocoa and acoustic tunes; the opportunity to camp out with the cows; and more!

At the end of the day, we're proud that, together, we…

… raised $200 for the Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund.
… provided a day filled with joy and camaraderie for almost 200 guests.
… enhanced people’s understanding of food and farming.
… strengthened our local community.

We hope you will join us in 2016 for our next biennial Farm Fest — sure to be bigger and better than the last!

Sincerely,

The Pasture's Delights Team

Fight for Food Freedom

Some want to ban all access to raw milk in Indiana, though tens of thousands in our state drink it. No matter your opinion on raw milk, tell the government you support the right of all Hoosiers to choose what they eat.Click here to sign the petition.
