How to make your own yogurt

For this recipe, you will need:

  • A heritage strain of Viili yogurt. I got mine from Cultures for Health.
  • Pasture's Delights raw milk
  • A glass canning jar
  • A paper towel or cheese cloth
  • A pot to pasteurize your milk for the mother culture
  • Patience
