Volunteer to be a call-out organizer, and we'll reach our minimum number of shares to have raw milk delivering to your area in no time!
As call-out organizer, you'll be asked to help us complete the following steps:
STEP 1) Find a delivery host.
Are you or a friend willing to host the delivery in your area? Click here to read about the responsibilities and perks of being a delivery host.
STEP 2) Find a location to host the call-out.
This can be at your house, church, business, local park shelter, or other FREE venue with cover from inclement weather and seating for 20+ attendees. Pasture's Delights doesn't have a budget to help pay for a call-out venue, so we need your help finding a free venue to use.
STEP 3) Help Pasture's Delights promote the callout.
- Attend farmer markets in the area with Pasture's Delights representatives in the week leading up to the call out event. Pasture's Delights will make arrangements with the area markets.
- Put up Pasture's Delights flyers (supplied) at local food and fitness hotspots.
- Hand out Pasture's Delights brochures (supplied) to family, friends, neighbors, coworkers, and acquaintances. Encourage people you know to attend the callout and sign up.
STEP 4) Say a few words at the call-out and be the first to sign up for a share!
Mingle with guests before the event, and speak briefly to the call-out audience about your interest in raw milk before introducing the Pasture's Delights representative. Then, at the end of the presentation, get the ball rolling by signing up!
STEP 5) Continue to promote Pasture's Delights and grow the number of raw milk drinkers in your area.
While Pasture's Delights requires only a minimum number of shares to be sold to begin delivery, we really need more for the delivery to be sustainable. Keep spreading the word on raw milk over the next year to double the shares in your area. We can hold a second call-out if you have enough interest. We'll do everything we can to help you hit the mark, but it is possible we may have to stop deliveries to locations that are not viable.
